Batik, tie & dye, and handloom are handmade environmentally friendly clothing industry which continuously uses traditional art works in Sri Lanka. These artworks have become closely associated with the identity/ heritage of Sri Lanka. These can be defined as sustainable production processes because these processes are non-polluting, conserving energy, safe for workers and consumers.
